Is telehealth available in my state?+
Yes — LiveUP telehealth is available in all 50 states. The specific services a clinician can offer, including prescribing, depend on that state's telehealth and licensing laws.
Does LiveUP replace my primary care doctor?+
No. LiveUP is designed to complement your existing care, not replace it. We recommend keeping an active relationship with your primary care physician for care outside our scope.
What happens in a medical emergency?+
LiveUP is not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time to an emergency. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Who actually provides my care?+
Registered nurses provide in-home visits; licensed physicians and nurse practitioners provide telehealth visits. All are credentialed in the state where you're treated and follow the same clinical protocol.
Is my health information private?+
Yes. LiveUP handles all health information under HIPAA's privacy and security rules. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains what's collected and how it's used.
Is in-home care available where I live?+
